We offer both group and 1 to 1 sessions that include a bespoke written plan that will complement your current training and development.
A good base of strength and stability is an essential part of preparing to run. No matter what point you are at in your running journey a good running specific strength programme will benefit you.

- Improves your running efficiency and power

Strength work, along with technique development, are the most sustainable ways to improve your running and should be an essential part of any training plan.
When aiming to prevent injury, the focus of strength work is to balance your body, to improve movement patterns and to strengthen any ‘weak link’ areas which could be susceptible to injury.
